BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an affiliate in Practiceppeexams.ca’s Affiliate Program.
To begin the enrollment process, you will complete and submit the online application on our website. We may reject your application at our sole discretion.
You must use the HTML tracking code that we provide for banners, text links, or affiliate links.
We reserve the right to review your placement and require changes to comply with our guidelines.
We have the right to monitor your site and terminate participation if guidelines are not followed.
Either party may end this Agreement at any time with written notice.
We may modify the terms at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance.
Payments are tracked and calculated by our Easy Affiliate plugin and paid by the 10th of the following month by e-transfer.
You will create login credentials to access reports and commission tracking.
Affiliates must not misuse brand terms or engage in deceptive marketing practices.
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials.
PRACTICEPPEEXAMS.CA MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
You confirm you have authority to enter into this Agreement.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Practiceppeexams.ca.
All confidential information must remain protected.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
