Anja Muecher started her career in 2006 when she worked in the HR department of The Boston Consulting Group in Sweeden. In 2007 she returned to Germany to work as a recruiter and held a variety of position managing and finding talent all over the world.
In 2009, she managed the full HR cycle for Avery Dennison as an HR Generalist. She supported the teams in employment law as well as collective bargaining agreements and personnel related issues. She was involved in trans-European employee transfers and successfully rolled out and implemented various Global HR strategies and projects such as a New Hire Onboarding Process or an Employee Referral Program mainly driven from the U.S.
Anja was born in Munich, Germany but moved to Ontario, Canada in 2015 where she lives with her husband and her 2 children.
