About: The Statics and Dynamics exam is written nationally for aspiring civil, electrical, mechanical engineers and a few other disciplines. The codes for this exam is:
- 04-BS-3 (or you may see it like YY-BS-3, BS-3)
The exam tests candidate’s understanding and knowledge of statics and dynamics.
Format: 3-hour long, closed book exam. From the questions that are asked in the exam, only four need to be attempted: 2 from Part A and 2 from Part B.
Dates written: The exam is offered twice every year in the months of May and December.
Approved aids: One sheet (8.5" x 11'') of formulae only, filled on both sides and an approved Sharp or Casio calculator are permitted. The formula sheet must be submitted with the solution. Squared paper will be provided.
