About: The Thermodynamics exam is written nationally for aspiring civil, electrical, mechanical engineers and a few other disciplines.  The codes for this exam is:

  • 04-BS-10 (or you may see it like YY-BS-10, BS-10)

The exam tests candidate’s understanding and knowledge of thermodynamics.

Format: 3-hour long, closed book exam. From the questions that are asked in the exam, only six need to be attempted: 2 from Part A and 4 from Part B.

Dates written: The exam is offered twice every year in the months of May and December.

Approved aids: One hand-written sheet of notes (8.5" x 11''), filled on both sides and an approved Sharp or Casio calculator are permitted.
